This is very similar to the process of evaluating potential startup franchises, but is focused on the results that are generated from the existing programs that are being utilized and how to correct the systems that are keeping the franchisor from achieving their objectives. |

| The result of this evaluation process is a plan of action that addresses each of the franchisor’s systems. We then work with the franchisor on an implementation plan and schedule, as well as assignment of responsibilities within the franchisor’s team and the role that Franchise Edge will take. |
